Mrs. Sumitra Devi is a Director, OD Consultant, and Leadership Trainer, and the first woman in her family to graduate. Coming from a lower-income urban community, she personally experienced the challenges faced by children and young adults in accessing quality education. Her deep-rooted desire to create opportunity and dignity for underserved communities led to the establishment of the JMV Child Care Foundation. Her leadership continues to shape the organization’s people-first values, long-term vision, and commitment to sustainable social change.
Mr. Pankaj Kumar leads organizational administration and partnership development. He is responsible for securing new corporate donors, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding strategic collaborations. His role is crucial in scaling fundraising efforts, strengthening institutional partnerships, and ensuring that the organization has the operational support needed to grow its impact responsibly.
